WHO WE ARE

The Change Agenda was formed by two passionate individuals who saw a significant gap between conversation and the action required by organisations to drive real and positive change around Diversity and Inclusion.

We are specialists in facilitating change for Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.

We are about tackling Diversity and Inclusion at the heart of the matter and that is the individual because we believe individuals need to feel part of a common goal. They need to buy in, be engaged and believe in what their organisation stands for and what it is being delivered.

HOW WE DO IT

The Change Agenda works with organisations who are: courageous enough to listen to the true opinions and ideas from their people; mature enough to learn from these opinions and ideas; bold enough to act upon these opinions and ideas to assist diversity efforts.

We offer individually designed facilitated forums that deliver on active engagement from participants, as well as valuable insights and wisdom from topic experts.

The forum itself is a 3-hour carefully crafted facilitated session where we explore, reflect and evaluate the themes, opinions and ideas of participants together with the opinions of two topic experts. This information is then translated into actionable outcomes through facilitated group work.

CO-FOUNDERS

Anna Millers

Anna Millers is a highly experienced event consultant and learning logistic manager based in Melbourne. She has specialised in the delivery of forums, events and conferences for the past 17 years. Anna is a graduate of Swinburne University (BA) and Deakin University (Grad Dip. Arts and Entertainment Management).

After working and gaining extensive knowledge and insight in the hotel industry at operation level, she then worked for a specialised event management company. This then gave her the perfect grounding to go on and establish her own business, Events Now in 1998 (Later Events In Focus). Anna has worked on an array of events across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including finance, government, education, pharmaceutical and law.

As a professional Event Consultant, Anna has now used her extensive experience to research what corporate groups require in the development of their teams and individuals. She has experience in the learning and development space: specialising in logistic management of learning programs.

With this experience she has been delivering and offering tailored development programs to industry in association with leading experts in their fields.  These include: New Born Leadership, Circle Conversation for Women and Collective Vocal Workshop.

She has now extended these skills to partner with Elizabeth Murphy to form The Change Agenda, a perfect vehicle to combine all of Anna’s knowledge and experience.

Elizabeth Murphy

For fourteen years, Elizabeth managed millions and billions of dollars, wrangled with CEO’s and CFO’s while high on the thrill of finding solutions. She prides herself on her ability to nurture relationships, key to her success during her time working for a global financial services organisation.

At the start of 2014, Elizabeth had taken a major leap of faith leaving behind the many benefits of working for a large corporate in search of a business that would leverage her business strategy, management and business development experience with her passion for training, coaching and facilitating.

Today, Elizabeth contributes her success in starting her own business to the many learning opportunities presented to her during her corporate career. She now thrives on the creative freedom of running her own show and is finding complete satisfaction in helping career women reach their highest potential through her own coaching business, aboutchangecoaching.com.

Not one to incessantly talk about change, Elizabeth prefers the path of creating change through consistent action and when the opportunity presented itself to join forces with business partner, Anna Millers, she jumped at the chance.

Now as a qualified Coach, Facilitator and Trainer, Elizabeth is excited to lead The Change Agenda forums and provide the platform for robust discussion and of course, change.
