To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.

The Change Agenda facilitates change for Diversity and Inclusion. We build on your existing diversity strategy and provide insight that will support your employees to fully embrace diversity in their day-to-day activities.

Our unique position in the market allows us to draw on current industry leaders and specialists in the diversity space. It means we have access to not just one or two experts, rather a dynamic community of consultants we work with.

IN-HOUSE FORUMS

The Forum and The Session Forum suit organisations wanting to further develop and/or embed their existing Diversity and Inclusion policy and strategy. Our uniquely facilitated discussion allows groups to individually and collectively tackle and create action. A well-defined purpose is developed in consultation with you.

Duration: 3 hours Participants: 20 to 50

PARTNER PROGRAMS

We are excited to offer The Partner Program for corporates and government to further progress issues that remain problematic in our working and social lives.

The Partner Program is a fantastic opportunity for an organisation to extend the Diversity and Inclusion discussion beyond their own organisation. We create the ideal environment and event structure for diversity issues that you would like either your clients or industry partners to be a part of.

Duration: 3 hours Participants: 30 to 50

WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE

Why do so many women go through life without realising their true potential? Why don’t more women discover their potential, break glass ceilings and set new standards of excellence?

These areas (and more) are explored during this one-day interactive workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to delve into their goals and desires; create realistic and inspiring action plans; and be given the guidance to take their next steps.

Duration: 1 day Participants: 5 to 10
